A New Addition to IHG’s Portfolio

IHG Hotels & Resorts has been flourishing in Saudi Arabia since its initial venture into the Kingdom in 1975 with the launch of InterContinental Riyadh. They recently opened their Saudi Headquarters in Riyadh in the King Abdullah Financial District.

The hospitality giant currently operates 40 hotels, encompassing 18,000 rooms, and has an additional 32 hotels under construction.

The addition of voco Makkah adds another feather to IHG’s cap, enhancing its portfolio in the Kingdom.

The hotel is a part of Maad Hospitality Towers Development, a mega mixed-use project in Makkah that includes restaurants, lounge areas, and event halls. This is a significant move for IHG as it continues to cater to the increasing demand for luxurious stays in the city.
