The world’s leading hotel company, Accor, has unveiled plans for the new Abraj Omar Hotel & Residences in Makkah, an MGallery Collection hotel in partnership with Alesayi Holding Group.

Set to open in 2028, the luxury boutique hotel & residences are due to offer 276 hotel rooms along with 214 homes for sale. 

The development will feature Islamic heritage-themed floors, with the first floor honoring Omar Ibn Al Khattab, who was the second caliph of Islam, may God be pleased with Him.

Set to open in 2028, the Abraj Omar Hotel & Residences is poised to be a storied and sophisticated destination full of luxury, beauty, and culture. The project will span 2,600 square meters, consisting of 276 hotel rooms and 214 branded residences for sale.

In addition to the residential and guest spaces, the building will include a business center, a bespoke fitness room and spa, a variety of restaurants, and a playground for children.
