New NEOM hotels announced for the highly anticipated Sindalah Islamd include two The Luxury Collection hotels under the Marriott brand and a Four Seasons hotel.
Red Sea Project’s first hotel, Six Senses Southern Dunes, is now open and is due to be followed by Nujuma, A Ritz Carlton Reserve, and the St Regis Red Sea.
The Luxury Collection, Sindalah
The Luxury Collection’s twin establishments will grace Sindalah, the first destination in NEOM, to welcome guests.
The first property boasts 70 plush rooms and suites, along with private pool villas, while the second exclusively features 115 luxury suites nestled in Sindalah’s retail and marina district. To be open in 2024, these hotels will offer diverse culinary experiences and recreational amenities.
The Autograph Collection
The Autograph Collection, set to debut in Sindalah by 2024, will house 66 rooms and suites, including one- and two-bedroom villas. Guests can look forward to an array of dining options, a kids club, and a rejuvenating spa experience.
Sindalah stands as the inaugural member of a cluster of islands slated for development in NEOM, poised to emerge as one of the most captivating havens in the Red Sea.
It will showcase unparalleled amenities and distinctive attractions, enveloped by a breathtaking and varied marine landscape housing more than 2,000 marine species, 600 of which are exclusive to the Red Sea.
Four Seasons at NEOM Sindalah
The Four Seasons resort at Sindalah Island is set to be a haven of luxury, offering 225 rooms and suites on the Red Sea. The resort will feature 52 villas, each with its own plunge pool and beach view, and the Presidential and Royal Villas will offer private swimming pools, gyms, and access to private yacht docks.

JW Marriott Trojena
Situated in The Bow, the JW Marriott Hotel in Trojena will be a futuristic water world blending nature with technology. The hotel will feature 500 luxury rooms and suites and a variety of entertainment and recreational offerings.

Anantara Resort Trojena
The Anantara Resort will provide a selection of rooms and suites featuring private pools and stunning views of the lake or mountains. NEOM Oxagon Hotels
Home to Saudi Arabia’s first Yotel hotel, the Oxagon development in NEOM is set to open doors in 2025. Yotel will feature 300 rooms, a robotic concierge, and the brand’s signature multi-functional dining and co-working space, Community.
Hotel Indigo Oxagon
A 250-key Hotel Indigo property will open in Oxagon, Saudi Arabia, offering exciting retail and dining concepts. Residents and visitors can access various leisure and wellness facilities, including a spa and 24-hour fitness center.
Kerten Hospitality is becoming a big name in Saudi Arabia’s hospitality sector with an investment of $400 Million. They are due to open an ultra-exclusive hotel in Al Ula called Cloud 7 and a house residence property in the futuristic Oxagon Project in NEOM.
