The Rua Al Madinah Holding company signed $79.9 million in contracts at the 2nd edition of the PIF Private Sector Forum held in Riyadh.
The contracts aim to elevate Madinah as a world-class religious tourist destination. The contracts include design services for 12 hotel brands, which was won by the US firm Jacobs Solutions.
Over 25% of the infrastructure work has already been completed at The PIF-owned Rua Al Madinah Giga project.
On completion, the new development aims to offer 47,000 hotel rooms across 1.5 million square meters in The Blessed City of Madinah, of which 63% are due to be open and green spaces.

KEO International Consultants Contact
The second contract entrusts KEO International Consultants with supervising the implementation of Rua Al Madinah’s fifth urban complex. The objective is to ensure the project meets the highest international standards and specifications.
Ahmed Al-Juhani, CEO of the company, stated that 25 percent of the infrastructure work for the project has already been completed. Al-Juhani further highlighted the firm’s commitment to engaging pioneers and experts in the real estate field across all sectors to deliver a unique experience for visitors and guests.
