The iconic destination spread over 5.7 million square kilometers is due to feature a world-class stadium, an oceanarium, beach resorts, 2,700 hotel rooms, malls, restaurants, and 17,000 housing units.
With Jeddah’s strategic location on the Red Sea and its proximity to the pilgrimage cities of Makkah and Madinah, the PIF-owned developer hopes the $20 Billion Jeddah Central project will become an all-year-round tourist destination.

The Opera House
